Cancellation Policy
No Refunds for Paid Intensives: Once an intensive has been paid for in full, payments are non-refundable and cancellations are not accepted. This is because intensive scheduling requires significant preparation and holds time that cannot be offered to other clients. Rescheduling: While refunds are not available, we understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend your scheduled intensive, we will work with you to reschedule your sessions for the next available dates. Our priority is to ensure that you still receive the care and support you’ve invested in. Communication: If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can find the best alternative time for you.
