Service Description
Political conflict and divisive events can leave lasting emotional and physical effects, often showing up as stress, hopelessness, or even trauma symptoms. This group provides a safe space to process those experiences through guided, brain-based and somatic approaches. By healing in community, participants can reduce distress, regain balance, and reclaim a sense of resilience and empowerment.

Cancellation Policy
Commitment to the Group: Group therapy works best when all participants are consistent. Your presence matters for both your healing and the group’s dynamic. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust the group structure as needed. No Refunds for Missed Sessions: Payments for group sessions are non-refundable once a group cycle has begun. Missed sessions cannot be credited or refunded, as group therapy requires reserved space and continuity. Rescheduling: Because group therapy is scheduled in cycles, rescheduling individual sessions is not possible. If you must step away, you may be able to rejoin in the next available cycle. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If an urgent situation prevents you from attending, please reach out as soon as possible so we can provide support and determine next steps.
