Service Description
I provide professional immigration evaluations that can support your case with USCIS. These evaluations document the emotional and psychological effects of experiences such as hardship, domestic violence, crime victimization, trafficking, or persecution. My role is to help tell your story in a clear and compassionate way, while meeting the legal standards required by immigration courts.
Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Payments: Fees for immigration evaluations are non-refundable once the evaluation process has begun. This includes the intake session, assessment interviews, or any portion of report writing. Cancellations Prior to Scheduled Appointment: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the evaluation cost. Rescheduling: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate you within your case timeline. Rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice will not incur a fee. Missed Appointments / No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of that session’s fee. Final Reports: Once the evaluation report has been written and delivered to you or your attorney, no refunds are available under any circumstances. Payment Plans (if applicable): If you are on a payment plan, the above policies still apply. Missed payments will delay the completion or release of your evaluation report.
