Coaching Plan

Like any moment in life where we must evaluate what is best for self, this is where coaching stems. This service is used on a 1:1 basis with individuals. 

Baseline

When initiating the plan, we will gather a range of life experiences to guide and reflect future goals.

Goal Development 

Once baselined, we will identify 2-3 main psycho-spiritual moments of growth.

Goal Implementation

Once goals are identified, we will continue to identify barriers and growth towards the change. 

If you're feeling nervous, excited, or a range of emotions, it's normal. Growth and change can be uncomfortable, but this is a reminder, you're capable!
